YES! You have the option to donate your unsold items or pick them up. Donated items go to local foster families and families in need right here in your community. If you opt to pick up your unsold items, you must pick them up during the designated pick up time or they will be automatically forfeited for donation.
You can do both! You have the option to split your items between VIP Consigning and Standard Consigning! If you want the big items out now like baby gear and furniture, but want to prep clothes and shoes yourself - you can! Or maybe you need the closet space now but aren't quite ready to part with the toys. No problem! VIP Consigning is a great solution!
Your check will be sent you electronically via e-mail after the sale has concluded.
You VIP Processor will have your pass when you meet up to exchange items.
You must pick up any unsold items (if they are not marked for donation) during Consignor Pick Up times immediately following the event.
The VIP Processor will NOT be responsible for returning unsold items. If you do not pick up unsold items during the designated pick-up times, items will be donated promptly at the end of the last pick-up time on that day.
We love all items that a child or the caregiver of a child would use; baby gear, toys, books, maternity items, kids clothes, shoes, kids room decor, movies, blankets, etc! *Rhea Lana's of Shawnee puts a lot of pride in creating a high quality event. We check every item that comes in the door. Please make sure your items are not stained, out of date, have excessive wear, missing buttons, holes, pilling, dysfunctional zippers, crunchy elastic, or a bad odor. Toys, furniture and gear must have all parts, hardware, power cords, and remotes. Electronic items must power-on and function properly. Items must not be covered in dirt, dust, pet hair, or smell like smoke. Do not enter items that have mold or have EVER had mold at any time. If it's not an item that you would buy or give to your baby, then please don't enter it. *Clothing needs to be laundered and folded or hung. Clothing that is thrown in a box unfolded will be excessively wrinkled, will not sell and does not meet quality standards. *If your VIP Processor finds more than a 10 gallon bag full of items that do not meet quality standards, we will charge a $10 excess sorting fee that will be deducted from your final consignor paycheck. *Electronic items must have working batteries. This will be checked. If we have to put a battery in your item, you will be charged $0.50 for each AA or AAA battery and $1 for each C or D battery. This will be deducted from your final consignor paycheck. *We do not accept recalled items. *If there is an excess of items that do not meet our quality standards, or a large or expensive item that does now meet our quality standards we will reach out to you via e-mail with photos.
Whatever containers you choose to deliver your items to the VIP Processor in will NOT be returned. Please use boxes or containers that you do not want back. You VIP Processor will reach out to you to coordinate the exchange of items.
